Sebastian is the Chief Investment Officer of the Capital Solutions Department at Abu Dhabi Investment Council. He oversees global Credit, Insurance, Hybrid and Platform investments.

He was previously the co-head of Europe and a member of the global investment committee at a US$ 8 billion global special situations fund, a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and a Vice President at Morgan Stanley.

He started his career at Bankers Trust. Sebastian is a Yale University graduate.
